FAQ
Do you shoot large items and appliances?
Yes, I shoot products of all sizes. For appliances im able to come to your warehouse or showroom.
I need Flatlay and tabletop, can I have them in the same shoot?
Yes, you'll need to meet minimum setup fee for each style (for example a total of 12 images for a mixed shoot)
Can i be on-site for the shoot?
Through my planning process, we'll have everything mapped out well before shoot day - styling, shot lists, and all the details. This means the shoot runs efficiently and you're free to get on with your day
Do you include international usage?
Typically for eCommerce international digital licence is included. Special quote required for print.
Will my Products be returned
Yes, you will need to provide a return shipping label or collect them.
Can you shoot at our warehouse?
Yes, I'm able to come to you if you have large items or they are difficult to transport. There will be an additional fee/day rate available depending on the project and scope.
When will I get my images? And is there a rush service?
Turn around is usually 10 working days from the date of the photoshoot, this is agreed on before commencement of the work. A rush service is available on request.
What if I need less than six images?
My minimum studio fee will still apply; which is equivalent to a minimum of 6 images. We can add detail shots highlighting all the important aspects of your products to fill your shot count.
